Francis A. Higgins Elementary School will create a learning environment where
all children will succeed and become responsible citizens.

Goals

1. All students will improve in reading and interpretation of informational text in all content areas.

2. All students will demonstrate growth in applying social studies concepts at all grade levels.

3. All students will increase their ability to write details and examples across the curriculum.
